Delete your Go Find Someone account
How to delete your Go Find Someone account and data, with or without the app.
On the website
Sign in at gofindsomeone.com, open You, choose Privacy, select Delete my account and type DELETE MY ACCOUNT to confirm. Deletion signs you out of every device straight away.
In the Android app
Open You, select Account and sign out, then select Delete my account in the Account section.
Without signing in
Email privacy@gofindsomeone.com from the email address you use with Go Find Someone and ask us to delete your account. We reply to that address to confirm the request before deleting anything.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deletion disables your account, discovery, availability and sessions immediately. After 30 days a maintenance process removes your profile information, photos, compatibility answers, notifications and the messages you wrote. Relevant safety evidence, audit records and billing references may be kept for safety, legal obligations, disputes and legitimate operational needs, and unresolved reports may require longer preservation.
